We have a cottage on Balsam Lake and recently had Mac at Countryside Landscaping do the front yard landscape design using all natural Flagstone . Mac and his team did a great job in very difficult hot humid conditions . They were on the job early every morning and worked long days to get the job done on time . After arriving the 1st day we discussed with Mac some additional ideas we had and he quickly modified the original design and laid out a fantastic design , we were impressed with his creativity . Needless to say we are very happy with the quality of work and the end result is what we had envision at a fair price . The one thing we were angry about is that we didn’t have our walkways done sooner by this team. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Mac came to do the consult and saw our vision and offered his professional opinion. Mac was super relaxed about the fact things might change from what we initially wanted. He was very supportive and encouraged us not to stress if we did want to change anything during the project. He gave us a timeline and if we hadn’t been rained out the one day they were exactly on time (we have been doing a whole home reno and this was the first time a contractor has ever completed a job when they said they would). Everything was cleaned up when they left. The entire crew was professional, down to earth and really easy to deal with. We will 100% be recommending Mac and his team to anyone we know that wants or needs landscaping done. He held off on planting anything because they were here in October 2023 and he didn’t want the plants to get taken out by the frost. He came back April (this year) like he said he would to plant the garden. If you want a team that’s diligent, on time, relaxed and great to work with… Countryside landscaping is it.
